no sir I used to be in a Black '05 Duke2 LC4; am now in a SilverBlack 990 SMT LC8; The guy with a silver adventure is at the back with a dalmatian running around their garden - I think there's a BMW 1200GS Adventure there as well.

will take you up on that sir, hope your roti wont eat my beagle though! I am based in Davao but fly to Manila once a month, I may be there last week of June. My wife and I fondly call you guys the KTM Family since you have a Small, Medium, and Large KTM!

On hindsight Toti told me of a guy with an '05 Duke2 in Puerto Princesa... I visited him too when I was in the area. Not too many Katoomers in the country so we better stick together. There's 8 BMW F800's in my group here in Davao and I cant wait to blast them with the SMT! hehe Itayo ang BANDERA NG KTM!

tjader- we need to invite your davao freinds over to try the ktms, did they try the 990smt already? I was actually surprised that when I had some bmw guys try the mts1200 they found it too responsive and too powerfull and too light! Shocked dont we actually look for those traits?

Sorry sir am a KTM NUT! and I say the MTS is too expensive, and vs the SMT, its features wont matter in Philippine riding conditions if a bonafide KTM rider is on the saddle! hehehe

KTM riders are different in the sense that their skill is proportional to the performance of the bike.

I have not yet met a KTM rider who did not ride well. But of the other brands? I really cant tell - never seen them in front when I ride. hehehe

HERC: Alam ko ikaw nasa harap ko pero KTM naman din ang dala mo so TAMA LANG!

actually it would be very difficult to buy a KTM and be a poser on it would be easier to buy say a ------ and park it in starbucks and you can say im a "rider"
showing up with a clean KTM in starbucks is like showing up with a 4x4 land cruiser with armor all on the tires and all waxed up
really I have never met a poser with a KTM, stories of bikes drowning on river crossings, endless ferry rides to get to nowwhere, off road riding in typhoon in floods etc..all really hard core..yesterday sold a brand new 2010 KTM and as the rider left he wheelied down the road!! yeah my kinda guy!!!

rock on!!!!

hey moto...what do have left in the garage?

i agree with you toti, but if i was the ultimate poser i'd buy a ducati...nothing less diba Cheesy

ok before this gets misunderstood! i'm not saying ducati owners are posers, i'm just saying i'm a poser (with bucks to burn) so what would i buy?Huh? ducati comes to mind. KTM ahhh not really because i'd be busted as a poser the second i get on the bike Cheesy hey who says being a poser is all that bad....palapit na yata ako dun sa stage na yun i think.  Huh?

i feel so pathetic i still dont have a bike!!!!! or should i say i still dont have my KTM!!!

Hahaha. yep. I still maintain the 640 ADV for light to medium off road riding. And still use it for long rides too.

 KTM Rocks!
